Hi and welcome back . In this entry, we are going to talk about....The heat is on. No, no,no, we aren't going to talk about the Glen Frey song from Beverly Hills Cop. We will ,however,talk about the proper internal temperature to heat your foods to.
Cooking food to the proper temperature is important because this is what kills harmful bacteria.

* Let me just say that I really don't agree with pork eating at all and least of all when it is not fully cooked. If you are going to eat it , it should be fully cooked!! Pork contains a parasite called trichinosis. You should cook it thoroughly to kill this parasite.
